| Financial Safeguards Employed to Protect Student Fees

The Academy upon receipt of fees from students, places all funds
on deposit with:- Westpac Bank Trust Account in Burleigh Heads, Queensland.
Funds are only drawn from the above after the commencement of the tutorial year
or other course commencement.
The trust account is reconciled each calendar month by external accountants
with emphasis being placed on a 'minimum' balance to meet the contingency of
student fee refunds.

The Gold Coast Training Academy is a Registered Training
Organisation (RTO) with full-time courses being Centrelink approved.
